Advanced Help On this page, I will explain some of the more advanced uses of DirMonitor Pro Edition.

I do this apart from the Help Files, as this part of DirMonitor changes a lot and because several users have asked me to implement and explain these features.

On the left, you see the main chapters of this Help File.

This Help File will handle the advanced use of Triggers. With these Triggers, you'll be able to launch programs and pass so called Dynamic Parameters to them. These Dynamic Parameters can contain the paths of files that have changed, etc.

The next chapter will handle Scripts. With Scripts, you can manage virtually every aspect of DirMonitor without having to navigate through Wizards or menus. This way, you can automate the use of DirMonitor.

Third Party Plugin Support (TPPS) is the next item we'll discuss. This is closely related to the Scripts in DirMonitor and will enable you to create your own programs which interact through messages with DirMonitor.

Lastly, I'll explain how you can write your own Plugins to be used directly in DirMonitor and even in a Scripts.
